Beef with Spicy Sun-Dried Tomato Basil Sauce
"Mr. and Mrs. Smith" is about a married couple who are assassins on the "down low" who are hired by competing agencies to kill each other. Brad Pitt as Mr. Smith and Angelina Jolie as Mrs. Smith are not your ordinary couple in this film or in real life. Our recipe for Beef and Spicy Sun-Dried Tomato Basil Sauce has all the favor, spice and heat of Mr. and Mrs. Smith, just like this video clip of their super hot Tango dance!

2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/3 cup Grand Marnier Liqueur
1/3 cup sugar
Dash cinnamon

Remove from heat and let cool 15 minutes.
Pour mixture into a 9 inch glass baking pan.
Unroll pie crust, you can use your favorite cookie cutter for the crust. I used a serrated edged knife to make a zig zag pattern with crust. Place each piece over mixed berries. Brush egg wash over crust.
Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker), Samantha (Kim Cattrall), Charlotte (Kristin Davis) and Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) are the super sexy and funny ladies of the "Sex and the City" film and the HBO series that ran for 6 seasons. I was a huge fan of the HBO series and our recipe for Sexy Mixed Berries Cobbler is the perfect way to say thank you to the ladies for all those years of fun and enjoyment. Like our 4 ladies, we have taken 4 berries with sweet and distinctive flavors: strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries, and added the king (or queen) of liqueurs "Grand Martnier" to create a sexy dessert inspired by our sexy ladies. The film "Sex and the City" opened in 2008 and was a huge success, and 2010 will bring us "Sex and the City 2", I can't wait for that opening!

Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events (2004)
"Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events" won an Oscar for Best Achievement in Makeup in 2005. This fabulous makeup helped Jim Carrey with his three "over the top" characters, including Count Olaf. Jude Law is the narrator "Lemony Snicket", and he keeps the viewer involved with the three orphan children who must overcome tremendous sadness. Our recipe for Lemonade Pie serves up the bitter with the sweet in one luscious pie. Our spotlighted film and our Lemonade Pie bring two opposites together for one outstanding film and dessert!
