Stir-Fry Spicy Shrimp with Vegetables in Black Bean Garlic Sauce




1 lb large shrimp (cleaned and peeled)
1 Tablespoon, plus 1 teaspoon Black Bean Garlic Sauce
2 green onions, chopped (use white and green of onion)
1 -14.5 oz can bean sprouts - drained
1 cup red bell pepper, sliced thin
4 oz baby corn
2 teaspoons Chili Garlic Sauce
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
Dashes of black pepper
1 Tablespoon corn starch, mixed with 1/4 cup water
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
Optional - 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped - add to finished dish

Place Wok (or large skillet) over high heat. Let Wok heat up. Add vegetable oil. Allow oil to get very hot and add shrimp. Stir for 2 minutes. Add Black Bean Sauce, green onions, bean sprouts, red bell pepper, baby corn, Chili Garlic Sauce, black pepper, and soy sauce. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add corn starch mixture. Stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat.

Optional - top with chopped fresh parsley.
Optional - serve with steamed rice
