Eclipse Pomegranate and Pineapple Cocktail









































1 - 8oz bottle POM WONDERFUL Pomegranate Juice
8 pineapple juice ice cubes (add pure pineapple juice to an ice tray and freeze)
1/2 cup tonic water
3 Tablespoons sugar
Juice from 1 lime
1/2 cup premium Vodka

Add all the ingredients above to a blender and blend for 15 to 20 seconds

Serve chilled with a slice of lime on the rim of cocktail glass

Optional, serve with cocktail umbrella

Serves 3 to 4

Strawberry and Pineapple Island Cocktail




1/2 cup Malibu Caribbean Rum, Mango Flavor
1/2 cup pineapple juice (no sugar)
12 frozen strawberries
Optional, 1 tablespoon sugar
Optional, garnish with strawberries and pineapple chunks

Place all the ingredients above in a blender and blend on high speed for all least 30 seconds. Place in two (cocktail, tumbler or dessert) glasses, and chill in freezer for 20 minutes. Add garnishes.

Serves 2

Sparkling White Grape and Pomegranate Party Punch

Sparkling White Grape Juice and Pomegranate Punch

12 ounces Pomegranate (POM) Wonderful 100 % Juice. Fill a standard ice tray with juice and freeze.

2 - 25.4 fl. oz. Welch's Sparkling White Grape Juice (non-alcoholic) bottles - chilled

1/2 lemon, thinly sliced

1/2 lime, thinly sliced

Add sparkling white grape juice, lemon and lime slices to punch bowl. Add POM ice cubes. Stir.

Serves 10.

Bloody Mary Smoothie

bloody mary drink Inspired by the movie, "Twilight" (2008)





Our recipe for Bloody Mary Smoothie is the perfect drink to enjoy while you watch the movie Twilight. It is a modern love story with a twist. Spoiler Alert! The twist? The guy is a vampire! How deliciously chilling, so is our Bloody Mary Smoothie. Our recipe serves 4, so be sure to share with your family and friends, or make an extra batch for watching this hugely popular movie.


Fill 2 ice trays (about 32 cubes) with tomato juice; you will need about 30 oz (I like Red Gold fresh squeezed) freeze ice trays

Juice of ½ lemon
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
6 drops of Tabasco sauce
1 cup of Vodka (more or less, according to taste)
Dash of salt and pepper
6 fresh chopped basil leaves

Add all of the ingredients above in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in tumbler or cocktail glasses with a small stalk of celery or slice of lime.

Serves 4.
