Vegetarian Pizza



1 package Pillsbury Thin Refrigerated Pizza Crust
1 large tomato - slice into 6 or 7 slices - add dashes of salt
5 thinly sliced green pepper rings
5 thinly sliced red onion rings
1 -1/2 teaspoons chopped Basil Leaves
1 Tablespoon olive oil
6 oz premium Pizza Sauce
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
4 oz. freshly grated Mozzarella Cheese

Preheat oven 400.

Prepare pizza crust according to package directions. Brush crust with olive oil. Top with Basil. Brush on pizza sauce. Add tomatoes, green peppers and onion. Top with Parmesan and Mozzarella Cheeses. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
