"Out of Rosenheim" aka "Bagdad Cafe" is a film that shows us how one person can affect a whole community. The Bagdad Cafe is in the California desert and the middle of nowhere U.S.A. Brenda (CCH Pounder) is the owner and operator of this run down diner. Jasmin (Marianne Sagebrecht) is a tourist who appears at the right place and at the right time. These ladies create magic for the cafe and uplift what was a sea of dirt and despair to smiling faces and hopeful laughter.
This is just the kind of place where our "Cafe Special" Apple Crumb Pie would be every customer's favorite. You can take your family and friend's orders in your home and serve them a "reel" good, old-school, diner dessert. Please check out the video we posted of the beautiful and chilling theme song of this film, "I Am Calling You."
